Instrument Qualification
If you have equipment in need of servicing, our professional team of technicians may be able to help you. Our technicians specialize in equipment and parts relating to HPLC, GC, and MS procedures. We possess experience in servicing Agilent, Waters, Thermo, Perkin Elmer, and more. Equipment purchased from us will come with warranty and be certified and guaranteed for the duration and terms of our agreement.
Even when the manufacturer stops support for their products, we will continue to service and support them!
Preventative Maintenance
Analytical equipment requires periodic inspection and replacement of consumable parts. For instance, pump seals, needle seats, UV lamps, etc, have limited lifetime and need to be replaced periodically in order to maintain system performance. PM includes inspection and replacement of these consumable parts, with documentation to show that these parts have been taken care of.
Installation Qualification
Installation for sophisticated analytical systems, such as HPLC, GC, MS, etc, is often complex and require caution and consideration. We can provide documentation to show that these systems are installed properly by strictly following manufacturer protocols.
Operational Qualification
It is important to ensure that your analytical equipment is working as designed. We provide in-depth testing of your equipment by strictly following protocol that was written for the corresponding equipment. Documentation with signed test results will be provided for you to show that your equipment has been tested and verified to be working under operating specification.
Performance Qualification
In addition to functioning properly, it is more important to know that your system is performing reliably overall to get you confident results. We can provide performance testing to verify that the system can produce results that are accurate and consistent within certain specification, before you use it for other unknown samples and methods.
