Designed to give the modern chromatographer state-of-the-art capability at value prices, ISO-2000 isocratic pumps are direct replacements for many pumps, including Waters, Shimadzu, and other leading brands. The user interface consists of an LED display and keypad. The patented pulse damper and rapid-refill mechanics allow these single-piston pumps to be virtually pulse free, meeting the requirements of the most demanding detectors.
The use of digital logic, a micro-stepped stepping motor, and a proven single-piston design give flexible control and the performance of more expensive pumps at a fraction of the cost.
With flow rates from 0.1 to 10 mL/min. or 0.1 to 40 mL/min. available, the ISO-2000 pumps are suitable for analytical and preparative separations, and are available in either traditional 316 stainless steel or PEEK for metal-sensitive applications. Autoprime™ one-button purging makes it easy to prime or purge the pump for method development.
The ISO-2000 is an isocratic pump for advanced applications and features a prime/purge valve, internal pulse damper, in-line filter, digital flow rate display, and external control capability. The upper and lower pressure limits can be easily set and the pressure can be monitored on the LED display. Remote input is via an RS-232 serial interface.
The use of the self-flush head and a three-year warranty ensure years of trouble-free service.

Self-Flush Mechanism
Seal life is dramatically extended by actively flushing the back of the primary seal with a flushing solution. The result is less down-time and reduced operating expenses. The self-flush is automatic, just change the flushing fluid weekly. Seals can be changed in five minutes without tools.
