General Information:
The SEDEX 55 ELSD is designed to detect materials in the eluent from HPLC, micro-HPLC, SFC, GPC or CCC. ELS is a universal technique which can detect any non-volitile analyte. Detection is not dependent on the absorption of radiation and is not effected by the absorption characteristics of the solvent; thus solvents which absorb UV radiation can be used.
